Countdown Contest Rules
KaJn Song Composition Contest
Guidelines:
1. This is your opportunity to create music that will be played on the Countdown each Friday for all to enjoy!
2. The work must be an original composition :
1.30 to 90 seconds in length
2.just an instrumental score; no words
3.any category ( pop, electric, rock, etc… )
4.only one composition per person per household
5.the composition can be performed and recorded by the individual or created
through any music software program
3. To submit your composition: email the file to brandonb@kajnmail.com
1.You may send the file in any sound format (wav.mp3. mp4,etc...)
2.Make sure your name, address, phone number, your age, and the name
of the composition appears within the email.
4. Winners will be chosen through a panel of music judges and by popular vote on the
Countdown.
1.Each entry will receive air time on the radio during the Countdown.
2.Remember this is an original composition and will be played on Friday nights
during the Countdown.
5. The contest will begin August 1st and end September 30th.
6. One grand prize winner will receive a KAJN T-shirt, host the Countdown, & a special music package.
